Learn how to be confident, disciplined and respectful! Your young ones thrive in an environment that’s supportive, educational, and fun!

Communication is built into every Tigers class as students learn to listen, follow directions, ask questions, and express themselves clearly through words, movement, and teamwork.

A positive attitude is reinforced in every Tigers class by teaching students to try their best, stay focused, and respond confidently to challenges in a fun, supportive environment.

Respect is practiced daily as students learn to follow instructions, take turns, show courtesy to instructors and classmates, and treat the training space with care.
Our Tiny Tigers program fosters happiness and structure by teaching six essential life skills, Respect, Self-Esteem, Communication, Belief, Discipline, and Honesty, helping your child excel in all aspects of life!

No, you do not need to be in good shape to start training in Taekwondo. Our instructors will help you get in shape at your own pace. Taekwondo is a great way to get in shape and learn self-defense at the same time.
The Songahm curriculum is about much more than physical talent. It’s about personal development of the mind and body. To say it is merely “self-defense” would take away from the valuable ideas and philosophies that are deeply rooted in this art. Each instructor has been certified based on 50 years of tradition and research development with over 1 million students trained worldwide.
