OUR MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAMS

We have programs for people of all ages 4+. We have everything from a Tiny Tigers Program (Ages 4-6) that helps build coordination and every day lifeskills like Respect, to a Juniors Program (Ages 7-12) which builds leadership skills and helps get kids active. We also offer a program for Teens and Adults (Ages 13+) which helps you get and stay in shape!

TINY TIGERS (AGES 4-6)

Life skills & fitness disguised as fun! Learn how to be respectful, confident, disciplined, respectful and communication skills! These young kids thrive in an environment that’s supportive, educational, and fun.

JUNIORS (AGES 7-12)

Our Juniors Program is specifically geared towards helping kids build leadership skills and be able to de-escalate situations and defend themselves. We provide an environment that helps support and builds educted & disciplined young people!

TEENS & ADULTS (AGES 13+)

In our Teens & Adults Program, we teach you how to defend yourself from an oncoming attack and non-violent ways of defusing situations. Martial Arts is also a tremendous way to get in and stay in shape while having lots of fun!

What age do I need to be to start training in Taekwondo?

Our taekwondo program offers all ages 4+, from beginners to experienced competitors. We offer a variety of classes and programs to meet the needs of everyone, including children's classes.

Do I need to be in good shape to start training in Taekwondo?

No, you do not need to be in good shape to start training in Taekwondo. Our instructors will help you get in shape at your own pace. Taekwondo is a great way to get in shape and learn self-defense at the same time.

What's the difference between Songahm Taekwondo & other martial arts?
